Touring
At the Gilliam County Museum we tailor our tours to fit your needs. If you are just looking for a bit of info about an ancestor we can help you with that, or perhaps you are just trying to find something to do for 30 mins, or maybe you have all day. We are a large complex that is getting bigger, so it is quite easy to spend a couple of hours here getting lost in the past.

All tours of the buildings at the museum are guided. Sure you could just peek in the windows of the outbuildings but you will be missing a lot!

Admission is free but we gladly accept donations. If it helps to know, we do not receive any funding from the county with the exceptions to grants; we are strictly funded by annual membership dues, generous donations from our members and of course our visitors. So if you are unsure how much to donate, take the full tour and grade us on how impressed you are.
(most people donate $10-$20 per tour)

We of course take cash but if you find your wallet is lacking the green stuff, we also accept credit and debit cards.
We are located north of Condon next to Burns park and the fairgrounds.
Our physical address is 505 N. Washington St., Condon, Oregon.
